Student Declaration of Pursuing Certificate Program

Please fill out the required fields below to notify the Registrar of the law school of your intention to pursue a certificate. Please note that it is your responsibility to know, enroll in and fulfill the certificate requirements. If you have any questions about the certificate requirements, please reach out to the assigned Faculty Director. Note that the deadline to notify the registrar of your intention to pursue a certificate is November 1st of your 3L year, though you may certainly do so at an earlier point. If you fail to meet the requirements of the certificate by the time you graduate, you will not earn the certificate.
