Bergeron-Sousa Exhibit Program Proposal

Thank you for your interest in the Bergeron-Sousa Exhibit Program at Kenneth Spencer Research Library.

Exhibit proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

the topic's relevance to the campus and the community;
the researcher’s robust use of Spencer Library’s collections; and
the feasibility of the exhibit plan and timeline.

We strongly encourage each applicant to contact Caitlin Klepper, Head of Public Services, at ksrlref@ku.edu or 785-864-4456 before submitting a proposal. We can schedule a tour of the library's Exhibit Space to review the layout and exhibit furniture available for display. We can also discuss potential collections, possible exhibit themes, and other factors that will make a strong and achievable proposal.

Proposals are due by January 7, 2025.
