Agreement Sponsorship

As the KU employee requesting this Agreement of Collaboration, you will be the "Agreement Champion" for the partnership. By completing this form, you are agreeing to liaise with KU International Affairs (KUIA) staff and your contact(s) at the partner institution in order to finalize the relationship. When the agreement expires, KUIA staff will contact you about whether you and/or your unit would like to renew the partnership. Please note that this form will ask for evidence of support from your unit leadership. There is a space at the end of the form to upload an email PDF. You may also forward an email statement of support to intl-agreement@ku.edu. KUIA staff will not initiate an agreement draft without this evidence of support from your unit leadership (dean, chair, or director).
