Student Union Activities Co-Sponsorship/Partnership Inquiry

This form will be used for organizations and departments to request a partnership/co-sponsorship opportunity with SUA on events hosted by either entity. Please fill out the below request form and our Sponsorship Coordinator(s) will reach out. Thank you!

If you are looking for a co-sponsorship/partnership for your organization/department, please describe in detail the event including title, date, location, time, general description, other co-sponsors, if any.

If you are looking for a co-sponsorship/partnership with an existing SUA event, please list the event title and where you saw the event information.

By requesting a Co-Sponsorship/Partnership I agree:

Dates are not confirmed until I receive written confirmation from suasponsorships@gmail.com
SUA may have other activities at the same event or same date/time at which I will be present
Someone from my group/organization will be present at the table throughout the event
SUA has the right to refuse any group
To meet with SUA Coordinators to walk through a Co-Sponsorship Agreement that must be signed by both entities
I will follow all University and Union guidelines including but not limited to food handling (no outside food), Pepsi agreement, etc.
