In addition to our broadcast streams and Telephone Reader service, our Special Request program is dedicated to providing access to content that is not available in an accessible format. This can include books, training manuals, text books, specialized magazines, legal documents and more.

If there is a printed or online publication that you are interested in receiving in an accessible audio format, please let us know and we will do our best to get it. We are also happy to record personal documents as special requests; prescription instructions, medical information, appliance manuals, recipe collections, cell phone instructions, etc.
