Doctoral Completion Survey

The doctoral completion survey (DCS) allows KU to gather specific data pertaining to students who complete a doctoral degree at KU.  All of your individual responses will be kept strictly confidential.  Summarized survey results will help university administrators and faculty members identify strategies to improve graduate education.

If you exit the survey prior to clicking the “submit” button at the end, your responses will not be saved.

You will only be allowed to take this survey once.

Upon completion of the DCS, you will be taken to an external site to complete the Survey of Earned Doctorate (SED).  You must print the certificate of completion after completing the SED.  You will need to present that certificate to the graduate affairs office of your school/college to be eligible for graduation.
