Thank you for your interest in the Jayhawk Blueprint program! Jayhawk Blueprint is a partnership between the University of Kansas and select Kansas school districts. This program allows high school students to take college courses at a discounted tuition rate within their own schools. Upon successfully completing a Jayhawk Blueprint course, students earn both high school and college credit. 

Please follow the instructions below to ensure a successful enrollment process.

Fall 2025 Enrollment Instructions: 
Who Should Complete This Form: Only students who took a Jayhawk Blueprint course during the Spring 2025 semester should complete this form. 

Who Should NOT Complete This Form: If you did not take a Jayhawk Blueprint course in Spring 2025, please do not complete this form. Instead, you need to complete the free KU non-degree-seeking student application.
