The University Registrar recognizes that students may need diplomas with multiple names for various reasons. Because of this, if a student needs multiple diplomas due to gender affirming reasons, the University Registrar has decided to waive the replacement fee cost. In order to be eligible for this waived fee, students must complete this form.
